OUR PROCESS
Furnishing & Decor
For clients who prefer a more hands-on approach and do not require full-service design, we offer furnishing and décor services to thoughtfully refresh an existing space. This may include a combination of new and existing furniture, wall treatments, lighting, paint, and curated accessories.
The process begins with an in-home or virtual consultation, followed by a customized design package that may include mood boards, furniture plans, and fully sourced, shoppable selections. We remain involved throughout the process, assisting with estimates and coordinating installations with electricians and other trusted trades to ensure the design is executed seamlessly.
As our client, you also receive access to our exclusive trade pricing. As a licensed reseller, we are able to secure preferred pricing typically unavailable to the public. Our transparent procurement structure allows clients to benefit from these savings, often offsetting a significant portion of the design fee while maintaining a streamlined and efficient purchasing experience.
e-design / virtual design
Designed for clients outside our immediate market or those who prefer a more hands-on, self-directed approach, our virtual design services allow us to work seamlessly from anywhere. A significant portion of our projects are completed remotely, with experience across California, Arizona, Utah, and New York.
The process begins with a virtual consultation, which can be booked directly through our site. From there, we gather photographs and measurements provided by the client and develop a customized virtual design package. Depending on scope, this may include mood boards, floor plans, elevation drawings, a budget overview, and fully sourced, shoppable selections.

Full service Design
Our full-service design offering provides comprehensive guidance from initial concept through final installation. The process begins with a consultation with Victoria Tik, where we discuss your design goals, lifestyle needs, and overall vision. From there, we collect measurements and develop a fully customized design plan tailored specifically to your space, aesthetic, and budget.
Clients receive a curated design package that may include detailed layouts, material and finish selections, furnishings, lighting, and accessories. Physical samples are provided where appropriate, along with an overall budget framework to support informed planning and decision-making.
Once the design is approved, we manage the entire procurement process—placing orders, tracking timelines, and coordinating logistics. For added convenience, we offer receiving and warehousing services to ensure items are handled properly prior to installation.
Installation is executed in close collaboration with trusted contractors and trades. We oversee every detail of the process, ensuring thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and a seamless execution that allows clients to enjoy the experience without unnecessary stress or costly missteps.
